A Personal Beginning
Wine first captured my attention in my late twenties — not as a luxury, but as a language. After moving to New York City, I began to understand how flavor, culture, and atmosphere converge at the table. Discovering the interplay between food and wine transformed casual enjoyment into genuine curiosity.
What began as fascination evolved into discipline. Wine, to me, is not an accessory to life — it is woven into it. A shared bottle can elevate conversation, deepen connection, and turn an ordinary evening into something memorable.
That belief continues to shape everything I teach.
